“I decided to try the Manalapan location of Blaze. I walked in excited to build my own pizza! The staff was helpful and gave me some great tips on which toppings would go well together on my pizza. The food turned out excellent. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing and delicious. Despite the large amount of people in the establishment, the staff remained super friendly, calm, and helpful. I had an amazing experience! I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food, great service, and a fun, laid-back environment! Definitely will be back soon!”

I bought 4 vanilla cinnamon rolls & a cinnamon crunch scone, no surprise very good. I have had the cinnamon crunch scone before, just the right amount cinnamon not to sweet, very tasty. Service is very good, clean & the waiting on line was minimal. The smell of fresh baked bread wafting threw the air was invigorating. Give them a try, superb.”

The workers are family which gives it an authentic pizzeria feel. Football is always on for me. The pizza has the perfect crust and even their bottled sodas are tasty. “THE PIZZA MECHANIC I have been going to Sal's for many years now. Sal simply has the best pizza, sandwiches and salads (The tuna is out of this world) in all of Manalapan NJ. Sal and his team are always very friendly and professional, but the other day, Sal did something that simply amazed me. Just 3 blocks from Sal's, my car broke down. It was lunchtime, so I decided to walk to Sal's to clear my head, get a great meal, then call a tow truck. As soon as I entered, Sal, (the owner) looked at me and said "what's wrong". After I explained my car situation, Sal (during a very busy lunchtime I might add) said "c'mon, let's have a look". Before I could say no, Sal drove me to my car, told me to "pop the hood" then proceeded to fix my car!!!! WHO DOES THIS?!?!? This is an owner who is a class act!!! His care and consideration for his customers goes above and beyond his call of service!! Now, I'm not suggesting that Sal open up a side business, (his first class establishment speaks for itself) but the next time you are hungry for a great meal while driving your jalopy on Route 9...... :) ....
