MOST UNDERRATED SPOT ON LBI... want to eat a whole pizza, cheesesteak, meatball sub, etc and still feel AMAZING afterwards?

We are so thankful to Carol & Danny for holding down the healthy food options that are both DELICIOUS & good for you, too!!! Also they are soulful, genuine people who love what they do and care about the health of you and your family!

It was refreshing to make a connection with them as we don’t typically visit the island in recent years and they were the warmest and most welcoming people we encountered as out-of-towners.

Also, for being organic and vegan their prices are extremely low! (Shockingly low!) indulge in your favorite vacation staple foods and eat clean all at once.

This mom & pop shop is a gem and well worth it so treat yourself to better health and delicious food at the same time!

Food is really good. Everything I've tried has been really yummy. The pizza is my favorite! Great sauce and thin crust. The decor is a little strange and it's a tiny place but definitely a good place to stop in for a bite. People are also very sweet.

The food at carols is beyond amazing! I got a pizza with vegan cheese and a vegan cheese cake. The cheese cake was one of the best desserts I’ve had!

Went because my gf is vegetarian and I'm not, but they have some pretty tasty pizzas to get even if you're not in the mood for some soy-based imitation meat. Got their hot pepper pizza, which was ok... had literally whole mini hot peppers on it. Would not recommend this place as a place to try and plan to sit down unless you're flexible when you arrive there. Not a lot of sitting room. Definitely intended more as a take out place in my opinion.

Nice to find a vegan place on Long Beach Island in addition to the living on the vedge. We had vegan pizza with seitan. Very tasty. Not too expensive. The only real down side was the wait for the food was long, and the air conditioning didn't over come the heat of the oven.
