I've been coming to this Wawa my entire life, all the way back to when it was the small shop in the strip mall here with Roy's and the fruit stand. “I had a good experience there this morning. I just got a cup of coffee as I often do at other locations, but it's not always a pleasant experience. The woman at the drive thru called me honey, which is always a sweet gesture, and the guy at the window was pleasant as well. My only beef if I could have 1 was the sticker on my coffee. I only say this because it's shows a lack of effort and attention to detail when it's just slapped on upside down. Stuff like this explains why there's a lot of negative ratings, which I feel could be avoided since you seem to have the key ingredient of good people, all it takes then is a good leader to make it all work for a great location :-] right after I posted this I noticed my coffee dripping, the lid wasn't properly secured. Only reassuring my point, lack of attention to detail.”
