“Just wanted to take a moment to leave a review since this place is relatively new. I used to order a lot from Cluck N Crabs before they went out of business and was happy to see another chicken place take over it's spot since I love wings. First thing, I would encourage anyone to just call in and order, Robbie is super nice and accommodating and easy to talk to. The website wouldn't let me order pick up for some reason. The food I ordered was really really good. The wings were meaty, sauce was solid, but the chicken itself was the highlight by far. I don't think I've ordered chicken in this area that was a good as this was. I'm not entirely sure how to describe why it was so good, but it really tasted amazing. This goes for the Wings, Chicken fingers, and popcorn chicken, all of them were significantly better than Cluck N Crabs was. Happy to continue to spend my money here on Sunday's during football and anytime I get a craving for wings or chicken. Thanks Robbie for the excellent customer service and delicious food.”

“Visited twice this week to get the scoop on their tea. I’m always on the hunt for a good iced green and prefer to shop small. If Perk ever starts to carry an iced green I’ll definitely come back but the teas they do carry iced weren’t really what I was looking for. I love that they carry lavender syrup. The same person was at the counter for both of my stops and they were soo sweet and friendly, especially considering how early it was. I was only half awake and the atmosphere is gentle and quiet with soft music I appreciated. Again, if iced green is ever offered I’ll be a regular!!”

“Only four stars because they don't serve alcohol. Wine or beer with dinner makes a difference. The food is excellent. The Buffalo Wings were some of the best I've ever had. Very crispy ( which is a must) the sauce had a tangy unique flavor. The Hanger Steak, cooked MR was very tender and had an excellent wine reduction. The Onion soup was really good. The Lobster Bisque with Sherry was fantastic. My wife had the Jerk Chicken Quesadlla. Her sister had the seasonal Ravioli. She loved it. My brother in law had the Ahi Tuna. Very good, but not enough Wasabi. Nice atmosphere, it overlooks the boardwalk and amusement park. Service was great. Cheers”

“Amazing new Mexican restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food! As of writing this review, Spicy’s just opened up in Point Pleasant this week. It’s from the same owners of Spicy’s Cantina in Seaside. While the space is small in the restaurant (most of the building is taken up by a liquor store), Spicy’s makes the most of it with a chic bar and plenty of tables, even some outside for when it gets warm out. My party and I sat by the bar. We were taken care of by the bartender Mike, who was helpful and handled everything from our drinks to taking our orders very quickly. He spoke with us on the whole opening situation of the restaurant and was very friendly all throughout the night. The food came out very quickly, despite how crowded the restaurant. We ordered the empanadas (chicken and beef), chicken quesadilla, and chicken fajitas. Everything turned out to be excellent with no complaints. So happy this place has opened. Plan to come here very often.”
