“It usually had the lowest gas price in the area. I asked an employee for an air pump. Instead of showing me the regular one that requires payment, he told me about the free air pumps in the trucker's area. Amen for free, no matter how little it may cost.”

“Because there were no list the opening times on google maps, nor a website where we could see a menu, we called to speak with someone at the restaraunt. It was difficult to hear the person on the other end, due to the music volume, in the back ground. So, we went down to the restaraunt, as it was close by. The building, though old, was clean, an pleasant. The kitchen was visible from the seating area. It, appeared quite clean. The tables were convieniently placed, under colorful cloth, and nice, clear plastic covers, for ease if cleaning. They, too, were spotless. There was no menu on view. However, one of the two employees we saw gave us a paper menu to peruse. The it was quite small, and was a challange for our older eyes to read. It was clean and well organized. We chose the chicken fajita entree. While we waited, we noticed the same music, at the same volume. The volume was a bit too much for our comfort. Other than that, it was comfortable. The food was fragrant, while being prepared, and appeared without much wait. Once we returned home, we found the food to be plentiful and very tasty. The chicken was very tender, as were the vegatables. The guacamole had a little more spice to it than I have come to expect. But, everything was delucious. I gave the business 9 of 10 stars because of the lack of online information, and the volume of the background music.”

“Market counter offers top notch fresh Delaware Bay crabs and oysters, plus clams, scallops, frozen Dungeness and snow crab, fish, smoked whiting, and fried platters and sandwiches with quality pepper hash or coleslaw and fries on the side. Interesting crab cakes (not Maryland style, these are almost all crab meat with what seems like a bit of cooked scallions and maybe other herbs, with no red or green pepper, nor Old Bay) -- I like it. Good hush puppies too. It's the only place like it in the area. Keep an eye out for their specials on claws -- at times when they have a lot of crabs they end up with a lot of broken off claws and they sell them cheap. Worth the trip.”

“We recently had my daughter's bridal shower at The Grove and I would highly recommend this venue. Krista and Stephanie were very helpful with all of the planning prior to the event. The room is beautiful and really does not require a lot of decorations. On the day of the event the two servers were so attentive along with the server captain, Tammy, who ensured that everything flowed smoothly and checked in with me frequently to see if there was anything else we needed. The food was excellent. We had chosen crab cakes (two large cakes filled with crab meat), chicken with spinach, peppers and cheese, and a vegetarian stack as our meal choices and everyone raved about all three. I received so many texts and phone calls after the shower from our guests telling us how nice the event had been. i would highly recommend The Grove at Centerton.”
