From the time I walked in he was upbeat and positive. He was friendly and suggested his best selling items. He greeked my boyfriend and I. It was very clean and the food was excellent, from the homemade French fries to the flatbread pizza and Cheese steak sandwich! “I had a very nice experience with Sakana Sushi & Ramen on Cedar Grove Road in Somerset, NJ. I called in an order for take out and while it was a little bit of a challenge to explain my order, they got it right. The restaurant was nicely decorated for Christmas and I was greeted with a big welcome and my meal was ready to go. The sushi was nicely prepared, tasted good and was well-proportioned. I thought it was a bit pricey for the portion but not bad. I look forward to ordering from here again.”

The pepperoni and sausage were just right with the juices flowing into the cheese giving it the exact taste I was hoping for. “I'm so excited about this place! Everything was so fresh and tasty. We had the beef satay, shrimp pad Thai and a tamarind fish dish. They have a 1-5 spice rating and I picked 3 which ended up being the perfect amount of spice for me (glad I didn't choose 5). Besides loving the food, the service here is really great, the owner is super sweet. My husband and I enjoyed our date night and will definitely be back very soon. I would highly recommend everyone to check this place out!”
