“I'm stumped as to what to post here. When the service is good, this place is excellent. But the service is spotty at best. The owner, who also owns a Chinese restaurant in New Prov, can't seem to keep her staff. I think she supplements O Porto with the cooks from the Chinese restaurant. Sometimes orders are incorrect. Sometimes it takes multiple calls before someone answers the phone. It's truly a shame because the food is the best Portuguese BBQ in the area. The owner needs to spend more time running this restaurant and focusing on the staff so there is constant service and quality. If that happens, I'd raise my review to 4-stars.”

“food was delicious. the appetizers didn't have as much food as I'd like. the galbi was amazing and very tender. the waitress/owner? was very nice and pleasant, giving us our time to order and finish our conversation before leaving. granted there weren't many people there at the time we went but still she refilled our tea at the time of the check and didn't rush is into leaving. she was genuinely nice and the atmosphere was pleasant overall.”

“My wife and I met some old work friends at the bar upstairs here for some drinks a few weeks ago. We'd already eaten earlier so we just had bar snacks and drinks (which were very good), but a few folks had the sushi from downstairs and had nothing but the best things to say. It was late and the restaurant area was still crowded. I'm excited to try more of the food and the bartenders upstairs were fantastic. Nothing bad to say! Great experience.”

The bbq was good, but didn't quite stand out as much. The pickles and onion marmalade were a unique addition. The ambiance had a good vibe.
