From burgers to wings, hot dogs to mac and cheese, they have something you crave and they make it fresh. I had the burger and it was great Cooked on a nice flame, it was full of flavor. The fresh custom made bun, puts this burger over the top. Wish I had a Little Buffalo in my town. Cannot wait to go back again.”

“I can say without reservation that Sub-Ology is the best place to grab lunch in Cranford. The staff are extraordinarily friendly but still professional. You can tell that the owner takes the success of the business personally and works hard to make sure it is successful. I grab lunch here about twice a week and have for at least the last couple of years. I can count on my hands the number of times the owner hasn't personally been behind the counter making sure everything was running smoothly. The subs are excellent and both the "standards" and the specials really shine. I know that if I get the usual, it'll be great. But if I mix it up and get another sub they're testing out, it'll be great too. If it's not on the menu, they'll make it for you. Portions are big and you leave full. They have a great selection of gluten free options and fantastic vegan desserts from a local supplier, which is hugely helpful when providing options for coworkers with allergies. They deliver, but I genuinely would rather take the 5 or 10 minutes to stop by.”

“Tried their signature burger called 'The Urban Burger" on a pretzel roll and I must say it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. One of the girls explained that the sauces used are 3 special sauces that the chef makes himself and its kept a secret....The sauces are that good you want to smack somebody.... One of the tastiest burgers I've had. Def would recommend. Helpful note that the signature burger is not on the main menu... I happened to see it on their announcement board at the counter. They def need to add it on the menu so that everyone can see and order!!!!”

It is just that good... with a fusion of tastes that includes cranberry sauce, mashed SWEET POTATOES (yum), and a lot of other goodness. We love the pork chops as well. My wife gets that and we offer each other taste of our dishes to broaden the palate experience for any one date night ????. I noticed the last time we were there, they now serve the bread with some soft scones... we are suckers for good scones, so that’s an extra bonus for us. One impressive bit of service is that the manager is very hands-on, demonstrating a heightened sense of customer care — in addition to welcoming guest, he shows this elegant humility in been eager to take your coat and help you back into your jacket as you leave. It is a conveys class, care and an embracing warm. It is a B.Y.O.B. So don’t forget to pick up a bottle of wine on your way. Price is on the high end but commensurate to the quality of food and dining experience. Entrees are in the range of $27 - $44. There are cheaper dishes in the appetizer and salad sections that can make for casual or light dinner evening. The fact that you bring your drink kind of gives you a moderate overall cost of dining. Oh, and they play mostly instrumental versions of classics and top charts from different genres. It is background music that doesn’t over power the conversation; it is just right”

“Fantastic bar, bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable and both the upstairs and downstairs are nice depending on your preferred crowd. Upstairs tends to be a bit quieter with an older crowd and downstairs tends to be louder with a younger crowd. Personally I enjoy both depending on my mood. On top of everything else, the place is historic. I recommend this place regardless, but it's a must-see if you have any interest in the historical side of the area.”

It is conveniently located in the downtown area of Cranford on Walnut Ave , 2 - 3 storefronts away from the intersection of South Ave. They only have street parking but we never have a problem finding parking. The inside has a very cozy and Parisian feel and the staff is very very friendly. They have a lot on their menu including all different types of soups salads and sandwiches and then their crepes are to die for! They have an amazing variety to select from and each of them are made to order so they have the freshest ingredients. The teas and coffee drinks are just as great.”

“We went to the prix fixe New Year's dinner @$100/pp for what usually costs $65. It was seriously overpriced with a mandated 20% tip for the owner of the restaurant (who tips the owner of a restaurant?). The food was good, but it should have been breathtakingly fabulous for that price, far and beyond what it usually is instead of the same menu with a fixed price. The service included pointing at a coat rack so we could hang our own coats, and appearing eventually with the check. I would have passed this criticism on to them, but they have no email address. I probably would have been fine if only they weren't so greedy they needed a 20% tip for themselves. It just left us with a bad taste. Not what you want when you pay $240 per couple for dinner without wine.”

“I'm so in love with this place! I always get great service. The owners remember your name (which is always a special touch!) All the ladies who work there are fast and friendly. And THE FOOD -- wow, I highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat healthy without having to ask "what's in it?" They use all organic and mostly raw--and no sugar! Plus, the almond milk, they make themselves, so I don't have to worry about preservatives and sugar when I get an acai bowl. My husband loves their acai bowls too and we've been going together on Sundays. I've been into health for decades and this is one of the few places I can honestly say I enjoy just as much as my own food prep and "un-cooking" (meaning raw, live food!) For those complaining about the price, to me, it's very reasonable. For under $25 you can get two delicious healthy meals. That's very rare for organic and 80 percent raw. If you were in NYC, you'd pay a fortune for the same thing. So treat yourself, your stomach will love it (in more ways than one, because you'll be enjoying fab, filling food without bloat!)”
