    This place is so tasty! Outside there's fun statues to take photos with. Inside there's so much to take in visually. The food is amazing. Juicy burgers, and Hatch green chile directly from the source. The shakes are amazing! Real ice cream and red chile too! I can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

    Sparkys is an amazing counter service hamburger destination restaurant. If you are ever in SW New Mexico, this is a must visit experience. The Hatch chili cheeseburger was mouthwatering delicious.
    The atmosphere is amazing, kitschy and eye candy for lovers of old signs and advertising statues.
    Will be back SOON.

    If you find yourself in Hatch, NM...try Sparkey's. Known for their green chili burgers, this place is simple and fun. Well known tourist stop. Great for kids ...big and small.

    One of the most eclectic joints I have eaten at. The burger was definitely as good as it looked, and I liked the fact that they asked me how I wanted it cooked. The green chili lemonade was very enjoyable to the palate. Definitely will come again
