“Sparkys is an amazing counter service hamburger destination restaurant. If you are ever in SW New Mexico, this is a must visit experience. The Hatch chili cheeseburger was mouthwatering delicious. The atmosphere is amazing, kitschy and eye candy for lovers of old signs and advertising statues. Will be back SOON.”

“This is a nice, flavorful place to eat. The menu has a good selection of Mexican and American food. Basic fare but good tasting and reasonable prices. The combo plate was filling and the taco plate had three good sized tacos (crispy corn). Both came with beans and rice. Prices are reasonable. Nice place to stop in Hatch. Recommended.”

“All kinds of seasonal Chile products. Ristras, sacked red Chile, lots of other local produce. Fairly priced.”

“Stopped here as it was recommended by a local we chatted up while shopping at another Hatch store. She raved about how good the Green Chile Cheeseburger here was. Long story short, the burger was average. The onion rings were very good which helped salvage the experience. The waitress did provide some chips and salsa which was appreciated. Salsa had a nice light kick.”

“Hands down, the best gorditas de maiz I've had on this side of the border. Ask for the spicy red salsa. It's the best Hatch has to offer.”
