“Bagels are a five out of five. But getting them is . . . Close to impossible. I showed up shortly after opening today to find that now they no longer make bagels on Tuesdays . . ? This was after an online pickup order I tried to make the other day was arbitrarily canceled with no explanation. Like most people, I don't have time for this nonsense. After finding good bagels after over a decade of donut shaped buns this is like finding out the shop then closed permanently the next day.”

My 7 year old wanted one of those blueberry lemonades and my 9 year old who had been so sick in ER wanted a pretzel so bad but threw up while we were there ???? She paid for my 7 year olds lemonade and told my 9 year old to come back and see them when she hopes he feels better... I wish I knew your name but you absolutely touched my heart.
