“Friend of mine ordered side salad (looks very healthy in amount) and 8” meat lovers pizza. I ordered a green chile burger w/fries. Food was good, a bit pricey as it came to more than $50 including two beers. Also, I like Cheeseburger Subs from places up north as it is normal and have seen them in places like Albuquerque, but when I went to order it here.. it was just a green chile cheeseburger even though it was listed under sandwiches and subs. I’ve never called a hamburger a sandwich. A few other things to be nit picky about like how the ranch was also extra money as well even though they don’t even give you a big ranch for extra. The burger meal itself is more expensive than other REALLY good specific burger joints in the Alamogordo area. I do understand though, they are a more geared Italian cuisine restaurant, not a burger place. Also waitress didn’t ask if we wanted another round of brews. Will come again for quality and freshness of food, but hoping service is better.”

“The food is very flavorful here, but I found some dishes come across as too salty. I personally think the birria tacos have the right amount of salt but the consome is overloaded. The birria ramen is way too salty and not particularly good. However, the ceezy f fries are very good, if not just a tad salty. I think that the food here has the potential to be incredible with a little less salt.”

“Delicious sandwiches! The line was to the door but it moved quickly. The staff was really friendly. If you’re in town and looking for an awesome sandwich, make a stop at Brown Bag Deli.”

“It was a mediocre experience. The store and parking lot were very antiquated and I do not believe the staff understands proper food handling procedures or cross contamination. I feel that I made a good decision by not purchasing any food products but I do feel bad for the customer in front of me in line who purchased the burritos... They have good fuel prices.”

“I love their pizzas! The crust is relatively thin and crispy, but not dry. Great choice of toppings. Customer service could be friendlier, but it’s never been bad. There is virtually no parking in front of the restaurant so, you’ll probably have to street park on Oregon Ave. and walk over to the restaurant. I recommend this location.”

“I ordered an Asada enchilada plate (Red sauce) and a side of Mexican rice no beans. And a large Horchata to drink. The food was very delicious, top quality. And the red sauce that came with the enchiladas, omg 😍😩🤌 I am not just saying this but probably the best enchilada sauce I've had, it made the entire plate for me. As for the Horchata also very delicious, and definitely tasted authentic and house made. 10/10 highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine.”

“We hadn’t been to Thai Cuisine for a few years and stopped for lunch. Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating. We had the vegetarian Pad Thai and both egg and hot sour soups. Everything was excellent. The chef made our taste buds smile and we'll be returning customers. :-) :-)”

“I was lost after some of my travel plans got messed up and ended up at Bryn's. Not only was the food fantastic, but he helped me put together a great alternate it itinerary and gave me great advice about the area. He made me a custom veggie platter (plenty of vegetarian and vegan options) and I enjoyed it at White Sands. This spot is a must go if you are in the area. 10/10. Go for the food and for the great person behind it ❤️”

“The carnitas I received the meat especially was dry and seemed to be old. For $10 for 4 small street taco size corn tortillas plain with the meat piled on top of all four tacos.. the sauce they included was good, better than the tacos sadly”

“Chicken basket was great the service not so much. Young waitress on her phone behind the counter never cane to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. My mom's ribs were served cold.”

“Brilliant place for breakfast. I am from England on a New Mexico road trip and this is the best place for breakfast so far on my trip. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful, fresh and tasty. The prices are very reasonable as well.”

“Happened upon this place, newly renovated, new kitchen, and it's pretty cute. The lunch menu was good, between chicken tenders, fries, a roast beef sandwich, and pulled pork none of us were disappointed. We did not try the wines or beers, but Tularosa Vineyard and Sierra Blanca provide all alcoholic beverages. Looking forward to trying dinner next month when they open for dinner service.”

“Staff at the drive very helpful and Friendly. food was decent though the ham on on breakfast sandwiches was more like a deli sliced meat store appearance was nice.”

“After not being in Carl's Junior for 3 years here in Alamogordo I decided to go on a whim and try it again. I was met with Mr. Justin Powell from whom I received the best customer service I have ever had. He made consistently ensured that every detail in my order was captured, leading to smooth and error-free service. His kindness and attention to detail demonstrate the peak of professionalism in any Food industry. Other establishments should take note from his dedication and knowledge to food and customer-service. I will definitely be visiting again thanks to Mr. Powell's hospitality.”

“The 3 stars are simply because 4 out of the 5 times I’ve gone to eat here, they have been out of so many ingredients that we end up ordering food we didn’t even want. Aside from that, I’ve always liked Carinos and find their food flavorful and delicious. I absolutely love the bread they bring you at the start with the herb infused olive oil to dip it in, it’s so good. The pastas are good, similar to Olive Garden. The portions are generous and we always have leftovers to take home. They have lunch specials during the weekdays, they do have beer and wine as well as various cocktails. They also offer a kids menu and the kids have the option to make their own pasta dish. Fun! Food wise, my family loves the calamari and I’m a sucker for their soups. They also have a Green Chile lasagna that’s quite tasty. Their desserts are a shareable portion. This place is great as long as their kitchen is stocked because when it is, we never leave disappointed.”

“As a connoiseur of Pad Se Ew, this place has a really good one. Lots of wok flavor. I was pleasantly surprised! The spice levels are on point so if you ask for a 5 (medium) it will definitely have some kick. Only downside is that prices shown on the menu photos on Google are outdated.”

“Excellent food and atmosphere. Came in at 2 on a thusday, server was very freindly, but left us sitting for very long periods. Three separate times we thought she forgot about us. Other than that we would definetly recommend. Oh yeah get the german chocolate cake for dessert, it's breath taking.”

“This is a sister restaurant to La Hacienda in Ruidoso, NM which is a decent Mexican food restaurant. I ordered the Flauta Plate and it was satisfying. The flautas were crunchy and had enough meat, the beans were alright, didn’t really like the Mexican rice. My daughter really enjoyed their Caldo de Res. She said it had good flavor and had a good ratio of meat and veggies. My youngest had the Enchilada Kid plate and it was nice that she was able to customize it to her liking, so she went with a green chicken enchilada which she finished. The tamales weren’t my favorite. I have no idea why they had cheese on top. I probably wouldn’t order them again. They offer agave margaritas in different flavors, they are made from ready mix and not fresh ingredients but they are enjoyable if you aren’t that picky. The inside of the restaurant could be updated, not much of an atmosphere. Prices ran around $10 a plate. I haven’t seen many Mexican restaurants in Alamogordo so if you are in the mood for Mexican food check this place out!”

“The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The place was clean.Their were only 2 people working that we could tell and they tried to make things as fast as possible but they seemed overwhelmed and overworked. Unfortunately this seems like a running theme in fast food places after Covid”

“Very good hamburgers, they were juicy and well seasoned. Their fries had good texture, could have used a little more seasoning. Their drinks come with the nice crunchy ice, my family loved it. Very good place, the bathroom is in the back, next to the kitchen, but was nice and clean. There is no indoor dining, some outdoor chairs and they also deliver to your car.”

“Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - Combo #2 with a large 3 meat pizza, crazy bread, and sauce for $11.99. The pizza was good, a bit on the oily side but good. Generous with the topping, good amount of sauce, and the crust was very soft. The crazy bread was crazy bad though... Something about the bread or cheese on top gave it a chalky texture on top Ambience: n/a - ordered food to go. It feels like a mix between new and old equipment as some look like brand new and others have seen better years Service: 5/5 - the 5 is specifically for the male cook that stepped out to assist. He was patient while we looked over the menu since the drive through had different options than inside. Friendly overall and gave us an estimated wait time that was spot on. When stepped back into the store when we realized we were missing the marinara sauce, he immediately came out of the kitchen area to assist again There was a female cashier that had a headset on that was outside by her car (with a smoke?). She stepped in while we were waiting for the pizza, said something to her coworker, then stepped out again. Value for price: 3/5 - decent pizza but with so much competition on the same street, probably would visit a competitor as they offer similar pizzas for cheaper price”

“The service was just great soon as I pulled up to order was greeted informed with their specials really made it easy to decide a meal for my family as for the food was delicious and hot and full of flavor , the price was well worth it thank you for the good customer service it’s hard to come by”

“I think the atmosphere was really nice and Texan/western. The food was kinda mid and I got fries with my steak and I was not impressed because kid you not they gave me like 5 singular steak fries (I added pictures and I swear I only took one bite of my steak because I forgot but this is what the steak comes with if you order steak fries). Sucks that they charge you for switching out your salad and beans. I also felt that the steak was really good but I wished there were roasted jalapeños or like more salt/pepper added. It wasn’t bad or anything and I would come again but I wasn’t particularly impressed.”
