    This is a great little gem in Santa Fe. It's my go-to for a quick no frills lunch, served up by some super folks. My favorite is the Polish dog with sourcraut and spicy mustard, onions too. It comes in a poppy seed bun that I love. I need to keep my opiates up in case I might have to take a random drug test 😜
    There are picnic tables with umbrella to eat on site when weather permits, but many people hog their dogs in their cars. The parking lot is tiny and full at lunch time, but turnover is brisk. They have soft drinks and a frozen cheesecake on-a-stick that is far too delicious for riffraff like me.

    If you’re in Santa Fe, this place is a must-try! They’re so quick with orders and the quality of the food is *chef kiss* 10/10.

    I remember when Tom came from Chicago and opened the Chicago dog. It’s still going today. I had the Santa Fe jumbo half filled. Delicious.

    Great dogs and spice! Next time I would add a hot dog to my frito pie!
