El Parasol

This place has some of the best NM food ever plus it's family owned and run . If you are in this part of New Mexico you better give it a whirl!

So first off, I go there for the food and I know that going in... At the one here in Santa Fe, I'm not going in for a comfortable dine-in service. So, as far as the atmosphere rating, that's why it didn't score more than a 3 star. But the food is great! Have yet to have anything just ok. My favorite meal is a breakfast burrito. They have a drive-thru, which helps, but the line can be a long wait if you call ahead or order online, as others order at the window and you end up waiting for their food to be made. The El Parisol on the south side if Santa Fe and newr Cities of Gold both seem to have a dine in area and even outdoor areas.

Probably the #1 best New Mexican style food take-out around the 505.🫔🌯🌶💯❤️😊👍

While touring New Mexico with my wife we stopped in to give this place a try. We saw a lot of people at this place so it must be good. The line moved fast and the place was hopping. The tacos blew our minds. We tried one of each( I love the chicken). We ordered a few more for the road trip. I would say make this a stop if you're in the area you will not regret it.

Burritos were excellent... The bearded guy behind the counter was not. Incredibly aloof and condescending for someone working at a burrito store on Sunday morning. Good food but can't recommend the service. Will go someplace else next time I'm in Santa Fe
