Guadalajara Grill

It's not your typical Mexican restaurant. You have to order at the counter when you enter the place. The food is very good. This is just my opinion, but the portions are pretty large. When offered which sauce, either red or green; go for the green. It beats the pants off of the red. The beef fajita quesadilla is awesome.

Order then sit down and wait kind of place. Great flavor in the food. We had 2 kids plates, a fajita plate and a something Colorado (I already forgot, sorry). Flour tortillas are ginormous and good. Fajitas had great flavor and were nice quality chicken.

Oh gosh we always come here every time we visit . But I started weight watchers so I thought it would be awful to have to go and eat nothing ….but I was delightfully surprised by the seafood menu part !! I got the shrimp tacos a la carte and the shrimp were not tough at ALL, it was absolutely fabulous. We usually get carne asada tacos but these were just way yummier than I imagined. (See pic)

The food looks delicious and it seems to be a popular eatery. The food could have used more flavor. Most of the staff was amazing. Service from the cashier was lackluster. Though their disposition was better with what seemed to be locals/regulars. Overall the experience was not horrible. It was not great. It just was. “Meh” might be the best way to describe it.

Great food. Service was quick even with them being beyond busy. Guacamole was a bit bland, but still good. The red and green chili chimichangas were fantastic and worth the 5 star rating.
