Taos Chicharron Burrito

Don't miss this food truck if you are in Taos. Memorably great breakfast burrito with chorizo. Perfectly constructed and easy to hold and neat to eat. The burrito is very generously sized, and was big enough to share for a light breakfast. The seasonings and flavors were superb. Fresh ingredients. Sweet, friendly staff.

Update: I ate here one year later, and it is still great. Consistent!

This place is really good! We had different flavor tacos and the Chile Relleno plate, and the red and green tamales. Nothing disappointed us. The service was great as well, highly recommended it!!

BEST burrito I have ever had!! My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick place to eat before white water rafting and we were happy we found this place. The ladies working were so nice and very quick. I had the chicharrón burrito with green chile and pico and it was absolutely amazing. The tortilla was soft and the burrito was giant and hot! I was in heaven with every piece of crunchy on the outside but chewy on the inside melt in your mouth niblet of chicharrón. It was a good price for a giant burrito, had to save the other half for later! We will be stopping here every time we come to Taos!

Tried to find a good breakfast burrito on a Wednesday morning. The first two spots were closed and this was the third on the list. This was by far some of the best smothered breakfast burritos I have ever experienced- every bite was better than the last. The staff was fantastic and friendly and the food was worth the (made-to-order) wait. It was not busy when we arrived so I imagine that at busier times, it could take a little bit.
