“They need more vegan options and to change gloves between making meat sandwiches and vegetarian/vegan sandwiches. It would also be nice to have them put more toppings on. It gets tiring to ask them for a descent smount.”

“Great food and great service! We live in the area and haven't eaten there in a long time but decided to try it again. Glad we did! The food is hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and professional. Now we are regular customers again! Keep up the good work! We appreciate your hard work especially during these crazy times!”

“The food is ok. Not the worst Haitian food but not the best either. Consistency is not there. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it is over cooked. I usually call ahead and still have to wait at least 20 minutes when I get there. I find the outrageous waiting time to be disrespectful to the customer, especially when you call ahead of time to get your stuff ready. Excuses are plenty but does not negate the fact that they are running a business and should be mindful and considerate of their customer's time. It is not the customer's problem if you're understaffed. You should be ready for anything. Furthermore, the ventilation in the kitchen is lacking. After waiting over 40 minutes for my takeout, I walked out of there and had to change my clothes and take a shower because I smelled as if I was the chef who cooked it. The customer should not smell like your kitchen when they walk out of your establishment. Food A- (the taste is usually good) Quality Control B (sometimes overcooked) Experience F (bad ventilation) Professionalism F (inadequate staffing and long wait)”
