Taqueria Dalhart #2

Yum! Had the pastor tacos, 5 for $13, absolutely delicious. Should have bought more for the road. 3 different salsas available, all amazing. We will definitely stop here again anytime we're passing through.

The taco platters were fantastic! Very flavorful. I preferred the asada meat to the barbacoa, but both were good with the fresh little tortillas, cilantro and onion. Only gave it four stars because it would have been great to have some good red salsa. The red salsa they had tasted only of chili powder and was too hot to enjoy. The green salsa was hot but flavorful. Bathrooms are really not nice - filled with flies and puddles of water on the floor with no hand soap or paper towels. Would definitely return for another taco platter!

Food is authentic and good. The smothered burrito and hamburger with the green chili sauce will make you cry and sweat, it's s-p-i-c-y! If you're not too picky about atmosphere or like the genuine small town establishment, and really just want some authentic Mexican food, then stop to eat here. We're glad we have it a try.

We both ordered the smothered beef burrito. With the green chili! It was amazing. Service very friendly. Menu was in Spanish but the waitress helped us . So big we couldn't eat it all !

Authentic Mexican Food! Food food was tasty and portions are generous. I didn’t give them five stars because they need a little help with tables that a wobbly, the color inside is harsh. Needs a little refreshing. They were kind and attentive. Food was good and I would go back.
