The service is amazing especially Jenny who has worked here for 20+ years and knows everybody by name. She even escorts the senior citizens to their tables. Thank you Jenny and company for a wonderful experience. I hadn’t eaten McDonald’s for 20 years. I’m surprised at how progressive the menu has become. Like Arnold once said...I’ll be back!”

Personally, I think the employees are either stretched too thin or just don't care about customer point of contact. There are quite a few new McDonald's in Valencia County so it's more competitive.
