“Food - Timely and decent. Not exceptional in any way, but a solid eatery if not wanting to cook at home. Service - Fast to take order and get food to table (which is super important), but that's not where service should end. Staff way too busy standing around front of restaurant talking and on cell phones with each other. So glad they like each other so much, but never returned to remove dishes from the table, ask if we needed drink refills, or to give the check (till we had been sitting there for a long time). I still tipped well because that's what I do, but I would never return for customer service, and I would consider spending my money elsewhere in town when eating out. This was our second time in there, and if the relaxed service trend continues, this business will not thrive. Also, they should clean up unnecessary clutter building in the bathroom hallway area. I was a hostess, cashier, and waitress for many of my young years and never once thought myself deservedly tip worthy without intentionally earning it. Hope they read this and get it together. May try once more, but it won't be a first pick in town.”

“Fantastic food and service. A bit of funny: I thought it was Cuban cuisine but it's named after Cuba New Mexico, so note it's New Mexican and burgers type food, BUT it's delicious. It's a family run restaurant which is nice and the young lady who waited on me waited on me was very genuine. It's located inside the cattle yard building and when I was there they were super busy but maintained a high level of service. We ordered yet breakfast burritos with green Chile and it was delicious. The Chile was flavor but not too hot. We like crispy bacon and hash browns and they obliged us in cooking them and they did them perfectly. Crispy but not burnt. They were a nice size as well for the cost. 6 dollars for a meal isn't bad. Plus, they weren't greasy if you know what I mean. Obviously fried but there's fried and tasty and fried and gross. This was exceptional. I definitely will be going back and how the best for them.”
