“My waitress, Michelle, has a magic wand and removed ALL the calories from my pie! But, she would not sell it to me :-( :-) This Village Inn is probably one of the best I have ever been in. Remodeled recently, is very clean and is well lit. If I am in town tomorrow I believe I will return. As for my food (I had the 'country movie star omelet) it was cooked as you would expect it to be, and presented well. The accompanying pancakes could absolutely be no better. Light, fluffy, good size, and served hot with soft butter. Obviously that batter was freshly made because they were perfect. My waitress was there just often enough to where you were never wanting for anything, and her personality was friendly, smiling and upbeat. This...was a good stop. Thanks Village Inn! /Bob”

“I ordered breakfast from Einstein Bros. Bagels @ the Rio Rancho, NM store. I picked up my order and when I got home two of my three sandwiches were wrong. I called the store and the manager on duty was AMAZING!!! She asks if I would like to come back and she would remake my order fresh. I get there and the manager was so friendly, professional, and polite. She personally made my order and it was all fresh and delicious. So I have to say that even though I had a slight issue, the way I was treated and the level of service and professionalism that she and her stuff gave me, I will definitely be back!! Manager was AMAZING!!!”

They could perhaps be friendlier, but it could be because it was extremely busy when I went. It was extremely busy and there just wasn't enough parking and not a lot of people being courteous when trying to get in and out of parking. This isn't necessarily due to the actual restaurant, but for my experience I'd like to avoid it all together.”

“*Grubhub Order* This was a Grubhub order. With ordering from Krispy Kreme the Grubhub app only lets you order 3 of a specific kind at a time. So I called ahead to order what I wanted specifically. The young lady that answered me was professional and courteous. She took my order without hesitation and got it perfect. Through the Grubhub app with tip it came out to $31. The receipt specified that the total order was $15.91 from Krispy Kreme. This is the price of convenience, I am not complaining, just showing what the difference is between pick up and delivery. The box came with stickers to secure it from opening, which is a great idea. Krispy Kreme and the delivery today get 5 starts from me. I recommend calling ahead to the Krispy Kreme you are ordering from to make sure that they have what you want. Good job.”

They have some kiosks allowing you the option of skipping the cashier and ordering yourself. Once orders are placed you receive a table pager that you place on the table you have selected to sit at and the food is brought out to you as it becomes ready. Prices are a little high but the food is fresh and dishes are made to order. Their “kitchen sink” cookie is a favorite and a must try for cookie lovers.”
