Great coffee and service. Very efficient.

I just wish that you treat your employees better and I ain't got nothing to worry about can you just look out for the people who order their Foods and trying to come and pick it up on Sundays before they go to church just look out for them that's it

Staff unfriendly. Not like staff before. Throws your food in a bag.. Donuts all smashed. And manager there is rude and seems prejudice. I heard her once talk off an experience to a customer of the day prior she had. She told the customer whom she seemed to know that she told the Chinese guy to go back to his country . She said she was angry because he was being rude. I feel she shouldn't be telling a customer that story. Also i have heard her be rude to her employees in the past. They are no longer there now. Just being disrespectful in front of customers. You could tell they were embarrassed. Wish i remembered their names. This is a sad review i know but this use to be my fav dunkin. Its just changed now. The atmosphere seems stressed upon entering there.

This Dunkin' Donuts, located in Crossgates Mall, while fast in service, is quite poor in quality. The cream cheese on my "toasted" Everything bagel was actually frozen, the coffee was basically flavored water, and my donut tasted like it was 3 years old. To say that I had a bad experience here would be a misstatement, as I didn't notice any of these transgressions until after I left, sat down in my car, and became very disappointed.
