    One of the best-staffed dunkins in albany. Fast service, super friendly, and they've never gotten my order wrong.

    The FIVE stars is specifically for Mylaysia. She turned my awful customer service experience around. I had ordered an iced coffee with oat milk. There is a .50 cent up charge for oat milk. The person who took my order tried charging me 1.50 up charge and didn’t want to listen to me when I tried explaining why I thought that was incorrect. Thank you Mylaysia for taking the time to listen and solve the problem!

    I’m pretty sure this is Todd(manager) & team location. Literally every employee at this location is what their shirts say.... “fueled by positive energy.” First time there tipped 90%, second time tipped 40%, only hope that others notice how hard EVERYONE on team is working.

    Even employees preparing other food/taking orders seem happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You are my new home location. I hope you guys keep it up !
