“Food is always good and their drinks are Devine. I love coming here when Adrianna is at the bar she’s fabulous, however I always seem to get stuck with the waitress Natalie. She doesn’t seem very customer oriented and has no sense of urgency. The last few times I was in she never asked if I had a hall of fame card or even mentioned it. Overall experience is good though.”

“Good wine selection, but over priced for what you get. The salad has just one cherry tomato, one slice of cucumber, and a whole lot of lettuce. The dinners come with pasta or potatoes. The potatoes are blah. They should try adding some rosemary, garlic and oil to them. The dipping oil for the bread is ehh, you get All oil on your dip and no vinegar unless you want big chunks of garlic on your bread. On the positive there is not a wait. Always get seated waiters and waitresses are very nice and attentive. However the dusty fake trees that hangover the select tables must go!”

“They have very fine confections and very good ice cream, but I found it difficult just to get a simple bowl of ice cream without all the add ons. A most excellent vanilla, but the young woman taking my order tried to put in a brownie, the cookie dough was a little vexed that I just wanted ice cream without any of the 49 toppings they add to their signature dishes”

“This is a very upscale date orientated restaurant than a traditional Japanese restaurant, their interior designs and lightings settings bring that feeling out, while the restaurant feels very westernized, like an American Bar that serves Japanese food in a way if you will. Pretty good for date night though, wink wink*. The waiters and waitresses are very nice and professional. The food here is decently good in tastes, and great in dish presentations, I kinda wish the tastes will match the presentations of the dishes. But to someone who also value the dinning settings, are very likely to enjoy the vibe here.”

“I'm going to give 4 stars to the associate manager. She was very pleasant and the one that waited on us. Our server passed our table 4 times never stopped. Ten minutes sitting there without even a drink order placed . She came over and took our order. Brought our food, appetizer and entree's. Always coming back to check on us. Food was very good. I wish she could have gotten the tip but said she wasn't allowed as I never even knew who our server was till the end of our meal. I was in the restaurant business for many years so service is more important to me then the actual meal! Sitting for ten minutes without even a drink order is unacceptable! But the manager definitely made things better and was wonderful after I said I would rather her take care of us the rest of the night. So thank you for making my mother's day dinner very nice!”

“Belini's Counter at Jacob at Anthony's is awesome! You can choose a salad or pasta dish with set ingredients, or choose your base then add from tons of fresh ingredients. Kind of Subway style for pasta and salad but much higher end. It isn't cheap, but when you try it, you'll see why it it SO worth it. And the best part is you don't have to wait for your food. If you have a half hour lunch break, you'll have plenty of time to get your food and eat.”

There are often people drinking coffee and eating in the shop. Employees are friendly, polite and provide fast service. The drive thru window can be very busy at times, especially in the morning when people are getting coffee on the way to the state offices and other workplaces.”

They have never messed up my order, are usually quite fast - even when busy, and the quality is reliable.
