“Tried for the first time tonight at Guilderland location. Decent food. I wasn’t blown away but it’s okay! Reminded me of a homemade version of a shake shack burger. Burger was too thin & lacked flavor to me. I had more lettuce & bread than meat. Great prices though for what you get. Fries were hot but get cold & kinda greasy quick since they’re so thin. Not sure I would go often.”

“Pretty much the BEST bubble tea I've ever had! I would definitely recommend the cream cheese brown sugar latte with coffee jelly, it was perfectly sweet and the cream cheese surprisingly went well with it, and there's a special technique they use for decorating the top (watch them, it's so cool!) Did not wait too long for the drinks, and they're awesomely priced for how good they are (drinks for three people come out to about $16). Staff are very friendly. When visiting NYC, I've gotten AUTHENTIC bubble tea from Koreatown and Chinatown, and this bubble tea is JUST AS good. Will definitely be a regular.”

“I am absolutely in love with this place. You know that feeling when you finally find a nice little coffee spot to kick back and relax, read a book, talk with friends? This is it! I came for the vegan options and I was not disappointed by any means. I noticed that they do run out of a lot of their other ingredients throughout the day- I would urge those who aren’t vegan who want a breakfast sandwich to give it a try if what you want is out of stock for that day. The staff is so kind and gave me a good run down of the vegan options when I went the first time. I would go literally every day.”

“Updated review post covid. The folks at the Route 20 Cafe stayed open all through out the crisis and have come out better for it. Still have the best breakfast sandwiches and full breakfast hot off the grill, bar none (no microwaved egg or Denny’s chain breakfast here). Great lunch specials and grab and go or eat it there entrees for lunch and dinner. Always have traditional favorites like goulash and meatloaf and they come up with different meals all the time. If you don’t see something on the menu ask, nine times out of ten they can make it on the spot. It’s about buying local too, this is a mom and pop shop that uses local sources as well and supports people here, no corporate chain nonsense. If you support local buying and fresh, made to order food, then this is the place for you.”

“The food tasted good. I had a pastrami Reuben and my husband had the crispy chicken. He said his was good. Mine tasted good but I was disappointed in the size of the sandwich. LARGE thick slices of bread with only a couple pieces of pastrami. It didn’t have a lot of sauerkraut either. Honestly it was mostly bread. I’ve worked in restaurants were we served ruebens, and we always served them piled pretty high with the “good stuff” that goes in a rueben. This was just disappointing especially for the price. I would love to support a local restaurant but I would like to see the portions be better in line with the prices.”

“Got dinner to go. Our first time. I had the rfissa chicken and it was buttery and delicious. Only issue is it has way too many onions, but you can ask to modify on the order, so I'll do that next time. Got the fish meal off the children's menu. Our daughter really enjoyed it. A nice mix of fish, potatoes, and rice. The fish wasn't overcooked and dry. It was nicely seasoned. My wife's chicken was delicious. It was a honey mustard sauce. We will definitely order from here again.”
