It's easy to see why it's been open for so long- the owners do an excellent job. There can be long waits on weekend mornings, but once you've been there, it's easy to understand why. The front windows are one of the best places to see flyers for local events, both at the colleges and for independent groups.”

I think they could do better if they tried though, I bought a fish sandwich (the only one they have) and it's a deep fried haddock, I asked if they had any other fish or way to prepare it but they don't... That sandwich was so dried out, the fish had like no tenderness left to it and it was just slapped on a bun with a little mayo... I once ordered a lamb gyro, I expected it was going to be lamb on a pita with lettuce, tomato, onions, and tzatziki sauce, instead, it was just lamb with some sort of sauce in a wrap and I couldn't even eat it... Other than that, I've had no bad experiences though.”

“This is a place mainly aimed to serve the city, county, and state office building employees nearby. The specials are hit and miss and the salad bar often has wilted veggies and untrustworthy meats. Sometimes you’ll get a tasty meal, others you feel like your getting yesterdays chicken sandwich turned into chicken and biscuits. Overall if you’re hungry and don’t feel like walking anywhere else, eat up. A brisk 5 minute adventure in any other direction will get you a higher quality meal.”

“My husband and I came to this bakery/café this morning looking for something for brunch. We ordered a Buffalo chicken breakfast burrito, baked blueberry french toast muffin, a cinnamon roll and coffees. My coffee was good, regular flavored cafe coffee, my husband’s was bland without flavoring, but not terrible. It was fresh and steaming. The cinnamon roll was hard in the center, the frosting slightly over sweetened. The French toast muffin was rubber with blueberries baked in, I could barely get the muffin wrapper off, it was stuck to the bread. The blueberries weren’t bad. The burrito was eggs with chicken and hot sauce, very bland. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I found the missing .4 in the rating.”

“You have to pick what you put on there and is really good I got steak onions peppers mushrooms sour cream rice some hot sauce and I split it with my friendthey cut it in half which is more than enough for two people and they split the chips and half and then just got two drinks and it was like $14a little less than that but 13 something for pretty much two meals that were excellent and the chips are really good you can also get this really good sauce just cheese sauce for your chips. There's soda machine is really good too, you can pick all kinds of drinks.”
