    Good place for breakfast when you are in Elmira. They probably have good lunches too, but I have only ever been there for breakfast. I really enjoy their "Garbage Omelet". Service is friendly but they are very busy most times when I have been there.

    Ann's has been a staple diner in Elmira for as long as I can remember.

    Went for lunch today and the place was packed! Counter, booth, and table seating available. All different people eat here and it might be the truest cross section of Elmira's varied population.

    Menu is full of comfort food choices and breakfast is served til close. The prices are unrivaled, this is affordable and hearty cuisine. Drinks are served canned or bottled with a glass of ice. The Coffee is on all day. Dessert pies are in the cooler near the counter and change regularly (banana cream was delicious!)

    Parking is on the South Main St and in the small lot behind the building. Don't block the alley ;)
