“Stumbled upon Elfs on a hungry afternoon drive from Montreal to Lake Placid. The roadside sign drew us in and I'm so glad it did! Tom was a welcoming + entertaining host -- he had to step away from our conversation a few times to chase birds away from his grapes outside in the vineyard! The cider was great and the food even better. The maple burger + corn fritters are a must and I hope to find out how future iterations of the bean soup come along! Took a bottle of wine for the road + can only hope that we'll have the opportunity to return!”

Six years ago when I moved up here I stayed in the hospital, but when my husband found him my life changed to the better. And now I don't have to be on O2 24 hours a day.
