Since discovering this gem we have become regulars! Consistently delicious, high quality food, mouthwatering pastries and friendly staff, combined with a chill vibe make this our ‘go to’ spot for breakfast or brunch. We SO appreciate the fact that we can enjoy a civilized meal without competing with other diners shouting at each other. A true European experience...

Interesting food choices that are not run of the mill. Lunch was very good. The cashier suggested Croque Madame, and I did enjoy it. This restaurant is a cross between fast food and sit down. You order and pay at the counter, sit down and they being the food to you on real plates and silverware. Fresh food and no paper wrappers.

I came here for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The food was wonderful, I enjoyed it a lot! Their homemade potato chips were delicious! Right down to the customer service, the environment and the ambiance of the entire place it was such an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This hidden gem, is the place to be for breakfast/lunch. Especially, if you work downtown. Parking is always a difficult thing whenever you are downtown. But if you didn't take the train, you can find (paid)parking on some of the side streets.
Mon Ami is a very spacious, well lit restaurant, with a wonderful view of the neighborhood. There is plenty of table seating as well as bar stool seating at the windows. Today's visit was for the breakfast sandwich (egg,cheese,meat). The croissant was very soft and flaky, and had a nice amount of egg and bacon. I would've enjoyed it a little bit more, if there was more cheese to it. The side of potatoes (spices,chop onions) was very good. They offer gourmet cookies and other pastries. All the prices are on par with other higher end restaurants. The quality of the food here is well worth it. The employees are great especially Claudia.

I went here for a Sunday brunch. To my delight, I had a wonderful time in the tasteful and modern atmosphere! The tart was sublime along with the french press coffee. It was a beautiful balance of butter, sweet and sour. The service was also exceptional and affable to the point that I am bringing my surgical group for morning conference. I hope the experience remains at the current fair price point for many blue moons toward the future.
