Not only the best Japanese food I have have in a restaurant in Buffalo but one of the best dining experiences I habe ever had! It isn't just Japanese food like you can get 'to-go' from a grocery store. Rather, all the menu items feel carefully curated by a chef with experience in the industry. The unique underground location in downtown Buffalo, along with great tasting Japanese cuisine and friendly service, all add up to a "must visit" whether you are a visitor stopping in town for a few days or a local who thought they knew every good restaurant the city had to offer!

What an awesome place!! Unique and fresh. Their beers are excellent, someone for every taste buds. The food is fresh, well prepared, very affordable. Excellent service. May go back every night I'm in town. You have to try the spice bomb!!!

Our server Meg was prompt but not pushy, really sweet with my friend's toddler. The beers are unique and excellent. I had a fun drink special with a shark-bitten lemon rind surfboard. Food was delicious!
