I recently used their catering services at my daughters graduation party and received so many compliments. Almost every guest mentioned the food before departing. Multiple staff standing around talking while waiting for my order and tables next to me remain dirty the entire duration of my visit tells me management is poor.”

“I was there this morning, around 8:15, for my breakfast and this young manager or asst mgr, Christian, was short-handed but he was doing an amazing job working the front counter, drive-thru and the kitchen and the beauty of it was that nobody was waiting for long time or anything. This was pure confidence, capability and understanding that a young worker must handle his/her job regardless of your coworkers not being able to make it on time. And, get this, he was nice and professional the whole time. Kudos to you Christian. Job well done! I'm writing this so McDonald's is informed about his performance and my customer satisfaction.”

“Our first time there, ordered the Greek pizza and BBQ wings.....freaking amazing. Wife, kids and I loved every bite. Waitress was on her game and super nice. When it came time to pay, they only take cash or checks and the guy told me I could come back later if I didn't have the cash. Their country fried steak and sausage gravy breakfast is the best in WNY hands down. Also, they know how to make well-done hash browns! Not a soggy potato in the whole lot. They also have great coffee and your cup will never make it to empty - the servers are very attentive. The service is kind and friendly and you can tell there’s a lot of regulars on a first name basis. Definitely a great spot for some breakfast comfort food. Highly recommend!”

Fish is the freshest in buffalo, you walk in and there is no fish smell even though their market is steps away from where you enter. Some of the specialty fish is a little expensive, but you need to remember this is high quality fresh fish. They also have breaded and broiled haddock fish fries for a fantastic price. Fries also great. Looking to crab, clams, mussels, tuna, chicken fingers, soups, steaks, or salads? Yep they have all that too. Just look to buy some fish at the fish market and cook it your self? They have a wide selection and they tell you where every shipment comes from. I don't know anywhere else in buffalo that can do that. You don't know good fish until have ate at Hayes, its worth the drive from anywhere in buffalo.”
