Such a great experience Everytime I go. I use a walker and they always offer to take the food to my table for me and even open the door for me when I walk in. “Lucas our drive-thru attended took great care of us! He was patient as we decided what to get (it was a large order too!) he didn’t get bothered and helped us select our meal options. “Just okay....the fries were barely warm and small chicken sandwich had one thin piece of lettuce with little mayo...even the chicken nuggets tasted funny. My son also didn't like the nuggets. Chocolate frosty was good but the vanilla tasted weird. I always give Wendy's another try and today was not that great ????”

“Very good experience. One of our party was hard to please and BECKY did everything she could to make him satisfied. He must have had a bad day because not much was very good to him. However, the remaining three had great food. My broiled Cajun scallops were cooked just right. My dates had the broiled Cajun shrimp and they were done correctly also. I won't discuss Mr nothing is good. But, I thought his broiled Cajun fish was very good. He also complained about the amount of his dates salad and another additional plate was brought out to make him happy. His drinks(2) were not to his liking and Rebecca ATTEMPTED to correct that also. Mickey, the part owner even came over to ATTEMPT to make it right. We had a great meal despite my complaining friend ! Parking can be a bit difficult during the peak hours.”

I came early morning and it was nice people and service. You can't rate an entire fast food joint based on one time. Managers and employees come and go all the time. “The WWII decor is like eating in a museum. We girls loved it. We kept looking at the walls and ceiling with fascination. It is so cool inside! The employees are all veterans and they were so gentlemanly and polite. The Italian food was so delicious, especially the spaghetti; it was cooked perfectly like they just made it for me, not overcooked like other restaurants. We were traveling on I-90 and stopped at Hamburg for gas. We asked a local employee at the gas station where to eat and she recommended Tom's. Wow! I'm glad she did. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and the waiter and manager seemed so happy to see us that we felt special, even after their long, busy Saturday night. Tom's is 50 miles from home but I definitely will go back and tell all my friends about this unique place.”

“A staple in Hamburg, pizza is personally not my favorite around town but everything else is 100 percent spot on.
