“We had such a great time here during the bills game. The drinks are huge and yummy, the food was pretty good for having so much competition in Buffalo, and the owner was fantastic. Some kids tried to take a bunch of chairs from our table and the owner personally came over and asked them to sit somewhere else. Stop in here you won’t regret it!”

“Customer service excellence is a priority at this restaurant. The staff genuinely enjoy working together and do whatever they can to deliver an enjoyable dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see dragon shrimp, which is an Asian-inspired dish, on the menu. The portion was large and unless you are very hungry (as I was) you will likely have leftovers. I love spicy food so the only thing I would change is to make the soy-ginger sauce a little more spicy.”

“The kids always have a good time and it's affordable. The staff- surprisingly managers included are pretty lame for being a kid friendly family business- it's very rare you spot a smile on any of their faces and their greetings lack enthusiasm. Maybe since they are young they don't grasp the idea of "family fun". That includes when they dress up as Chuck E and dance around...Get the kids excited!!! The fun house is cool but would be 100 X better if they cleaned it everyday because it's pretty grungy and filthy inside of it. Yes, even at 11am! It's better than the Amherst location for sure but just prepare for the staff to just "show up".”

“We often feel rushed at this specific location, which makes everything else not as good, but they were on their game tonight. There have been many times when we might have a half eaten appetizer, bread, salad, and the meal all pushed at us at once, but our server, Claire, was by far the best we've had. Her timing was perfect. She paid attention and brought out the courses each at the right time - allowing us to enjoy the last tastes from the previous course before giving us what was up next. I think the place got a new chef or something, because everything was better - especially the breadsticks and the sauces. Tasty and happy.”

Point is there is no t-bone on the menu. Bottom line is if you going to offer a porterhouse you should deliver one. Quality control is less important than profit.”

“I have visited this location three different times, always during the week about an hour before the restaurant closes. As other individuals have noted, there has never been a hostess to greet me at the door and it usually does take a few minutes for a server or the bartender to realize you are there. It would be nice if they would change this since it's been mentioned several times by other customers, but perhaps there are legitimate constraints that make this situation a reality. With that said, I am in love with the spinach artichoke dip because the spinach is not overcooked and mushy. The appetizer is quite filling if you are not very hungry. Bartender and staff have always been friendly to me.”
