“I have been coming here since I was a kid, my mother grew up in Lancaster. Every few years I get to visit her parents who still live there all the way from Oklahoma. “Stands out from other area restaurants in every way- decor, menu, vibe. Chef Bobby and the Salvatore’s team put a lot of time into this spot and it shows. My wife and I enjoyed the oysters, a fig & prosciutto pizza (wow!) and cocktails. The oysters were perfectly prepared, and we’re not usually big on them. The pizza stands out from the typical Buffalo-style; very fresh and inventive. And as you’d expect, the cocktails are top-notch.”

“A hidden gem in a city of beer. Above all friendly owners. Always make time to say hello and find out how you're doing. Remebers ever face that comes in. On the business end, 3 dozen beers on tap and many more in cans. Build your own 4 pack and have them crack one open for you and take a seat. It would be a large bar but with social distancing you can sit a few groups there. A few booths and some high tops as well. Big screens for the games, snacks available and a clean spacious gathering spot. Trivia on Wednesday nights.”

“Pros: 1: Food is freshly made and very tasty. 2: Better at environmentally consciousness packaging. 3: Cleanliness of the restaurant. 4: Friendliness of staff. Cons: 1: Food is a bit pricey considering what kind of to-go salads Wegmans has just down the street. But Wegmans does not make salads like Rachael’s does. 2: Would not order online. One has to go to the restaurant to pick up the food anyway, so by going into the restaurant one can make sure that the order is correct and to one’s liking before paying for it. I ordered online, but it still was not ready when I walked in. The people who walked in after me and order their food got it before I got my online order. And my order was not correct. Items I requested on my salad were not added nor was noticeable when I was given my order. The pita which was supposed to be given was not added to my order.”

“I used the drive-thru to get two Whooper Jr's with cheese and a value fry (no drinks) for me and my daughter and I couldn't believe it came up to over seven dollars!! It is scary how the cost of a small bite of fast food has gone sky-high. It seems I would have been better off ordering a full sized meal! Plus they didn't have any onions on the whoppers! The nice worker at the window said it's because of inflation. The food from any Burger King does not have the same flame broiled taste or smell as it did a few years ago. That was soo heavenly!! The quality has changed and so has their recipes. I wonder if they even have a flame broiler machine anymore in the kitchens. I used to work at a Burger King as a teenager and know how we used to make it.”

“We can for lunch with little kids. The food was delicious, the kids loved the pig shaped pancakes. I had the pulled pork sandwich with the Original BBQ sauce, yum! “For those who are familiar with the "old" Good Tymes in Depew, this place will be a definite change. But the change is what you make of it. This particular tavern location has changed hands over the last 30 years (as to be expected) It is "kitty corner" from the tavern that used to be "My Old Margie's" back in the late 90's and early 2000's. But this great place has a good remodel when they opened up, they have a nice beer and liquor selection, and their food is beyond reproach! Especially their wings! Crush down a double order and you shall be MORE than satisfied!”

“This is a true townie dive bar. It's open late throughout the week which is a plus. Drinks are reasonably priced, cheap even. Depending on the night and the crowd, u may get into a fight or invited back to the local motorcycle club's clubhouse. If that's your thing then u should be all in. If it's not, it's pretty easy to mind your business in there, play the mega touch, touchstones jukebox, pool or darts and enjoy cheap drinks or buckets of beer. Remember, this is a DIVE bar. Womens bathrooms are always clean.”
