A clean friendly great for the price restaurant ! Really enjoyed my lunch grilled cheese on sour dough bread with bacon! Also had the arugula salad with lemon & parmigiana cheese , excellent !(BTW I’m Italian) My husband had a north burger on a gluten free bun which was perfect. Our waiter, Don could not have been any more friendly, gracious & attentive. We took a chance getting off hwy 87 & I’m glad we did. This will be a regular stop for us now on our way home from Vermont. Looking forward to coming back next week. AnneMarie
Well done Prime rib with fresh green beans and a salt baked potato, my wife had chicken marsala with house made rice pilaf. Salads were fresh mixed greens. Some kinks that come with a new restaurant but they are sure to work it out. Extension beer list with most on tap. We will return to try other items on the menu.
My husband, sister and brother-in-law and I went here for our first time this past weekend. The new owner, Barry couldn’t have been more kind. The place is lovely and cozy and ordering the shrimp cocktail, mozzarella sticks and French onion soup as appetizers did not disappoint.
Next, we ordered the a Pasta Bolognese, the Linguine and Clams, the chicken parmigiana and a sandwich- the only minor complaint I could have is that the pasta was a little over cooked- otherwise, it was pretty good and pretty reasonable.
The cheesecake dessert and espresso was great.
I would recommend them.
OH - DO YOU HAVE AN ELECTRIC CAR? ????
They have a Chargepointe for two vehicles. The only one I know of in the area!
Wish I found this place sooner. I tried a few of the local restaurants and was disappointed. Parking was nonexistent, and food wasn’t that great.
On my third day in the area I found this place. It’s beautiful. Big parking lot too. They have a great bar menu and a great dining room menu. Happy Hour was buy one get one. After great deliberation, I decided on the hot pastrami sandwich and a side of fries.
Excellent.
Since I’m in the area for another day I’m planning on going back tomorrow. Think I will try something off the dining room menu. Barry the owner was telling me about the quality of the steaks and the pork chops. It was making my mouth water even after finishing my dinner. I felt very welcome there.
If your in the area and deciding where to go, do yourself a favor. Stop here.
Loved it! The atmosphere is beautiful and clean. The food tasted fantastic and the service was exceptionally friendly!!
