“This is by far the best KOA we have stayed at. Lots of things to do for the kids and adults. A river, that you can float down, runs alongside. There are mines to look for diamonds. There are so many cool “cabins” to stay in. The people we met were friendly, other campers and employees alike. There were fun themed activities like a luau, pavilion movies, including many fun educational ones as well. One employee there, named Harold, was so kind and helpful. We felt very welcome to be there. We are coming back, at the very least, once a year.”

“Tried out the Alamo for the first time after hearing about it several times from friends and family. It exceeded all expectations. It's bigger inside than it looks from the outside which makes it great for live music. The interior decor is phenomenal for the area as well. An great beer selection and wide variety of food items puts them over the top. I couldn't recommend this enough!”

“This was such a lovely restaurant! The food was delish! I had the beer battered fried Haddock, which was huge, a cocktail and there was live music with a piano player, Steve, who's a teacher...and a trumpet player, Oscar Stivala, who is a retired surgeon...who played for me and my friends ar our table. The owner, Renee' came to our table introduced herself and letting us know other Long Islanders were also dining there at the same time. The atmosphere, staff and food were a real treat! After we ate we were invited to sign the signature "I was here" wall. I would recommend everyone go and enjoy eating here.”
