(November 8, 2018, 4:50 pm)There are people that are going to complain about the size of this place and the wait to get in, but this is the sort of intimate, spirited dining experience that you just don't get outside of New York City. Chimu's cuisine features a wonderful array of flavors, with portions that would make even the hardiest professional wrestler think twice. The staff is attentive and good-natured, offering up suggestions of things that they love without necessarily aiming diners at the most expensive options. Go early if you can, otherwise be ready for the aforementioned wait and try to make the best of it.
