    I order from here all the time...the food is excellent and the restaurant is clean and the staff is very nice...i give Ruby's five stars

    The food is pretty good, but on the phone orders are abrupt and the menu prices listed online are not the prices quoted. There are too many good Chinese take out restaurants in the area for them to not have it together. If I have to pay more, then I may as well order from a place where the food is much better. So much for convenience.
