“I originally posted that the pizza at Caraglio's in Hilton was either burnt or undercooked. However, I am beyond impressed that the manager reached out to us less than 24 hours after I posted. We spoke at length and discussed my concerns. He explained some changes that were happening and assured me that he would personally address my concerns with the staff at the store. They provided us vouchers to try them again. Tonight, we did. And, it was the Caraglio's I remember. It's not about not making mistakes. It's about how it's handled and working to fix things. Caraglio's did just this. I won't go anywhere else for my pizza. Well done, Caraglio's!!!”

My friend Zack works here and recommended it to myself and family for a family event and let me tell you it was hands down the best pizza and wings I’ve ever had. “Haven’t been too it in awhile, people were friendly. The burger was a bit over cooked. Asked for everything on it, the only on it was meat sauce. Apparently curly fries don’t come as the default, thought they did. I will probably try it again, used to love this place way back when.”
