“I go to this location 3-5 times a week. Even when there is a long line, it goes by fast. I have never had and issue with the orders and the customer service is really good. I own a small retail business and it is hard for all employees to know everything and this location does a great job with their training of their staff! I would highly recommend them!”

“First time here! Let’s talk about the service! We came in at 6 pm with no reservations. We were seated promptly. The atmosphere was an older crowd , the staff was mostly over 60. I have never had the most friendliest attentive service ever. They were kind and chatty. The food was so good and reasonably priced. I’m glad we found them!”

As many have said, the space is tight, but you will be in and out very quickly, unless you like to chat with Falcon like I do. :)”

“I go here pretty regularly and don't usually have issues. As far as the food quality goes, it's great. My favorite place for breakfast. It was a little weird that the girl at the counter insisted on customers having the cream cheese on the side in a small container, because the bagel was apparently too hot. Today, my bagel and cream cheese took almost ten minutes. One of the employees was really helpful and apologetic and got me on my way, which was nice.”
