“I go to this location 3-5 times a week. Even when there is a long line, it goes by fast. I have never had and issue with the orders and the customer service is really good. I own a small retail business and it is hard for all employees to know everything and this location does a great job with their training of their staff! I would highly recommend them!”

“The host there was really genuine and seemed to love his job. His name was Nick and he displayed eye contact and was passionate and started conversation on the way to our seats. “I like the food hear. So they get four stares. But they do somethings at this location that aren’t good for business. Last time I was in (within the last month) I was there for there buy one get one sale. I bought less than the last time I was there at the bogo sale and it cost more by a few dollars. I talked to guy at the counter and he said it was because I paid for the slices I ordered for me and not my daughter. So instead of paying for one stuffed and one plain cheese I paid for two stuffed and got the cheeses for free. I can see that they charge for the most expensive and that does make sense but they should look at how some of the sales work out. More importantly the past few times I was there someone is arguing with or yelling at somebody. This last time it was the delivery guy doing the yelling. Not only was he yelling but he was walking around in an undershirt tank top (wife beater) with a big shot attitude. I have tattoos and am always told to cover them up at work but this guy looked like a old high school desk in the detention room. Just pacing back and forth waiting for deliveries to get done not helping the other employees.”

“My wife and I both ordered the panang curry. I had it with beef and she with chicken. This is the first place I've been to that grills the meat and places that on top of the curry which makes for a much more flavorful meal compared to what seems like boiled meat served at a lot of other establishments. The Curry on its own was quite intense with its own flavor. We will definitely be returning for more.”

“Always fast service, good food and fair prices. The dining room is nice with comfortable seating and a fireplace. Patio seating is comfortable as well. The cold drinks are particularly good, offering mixes of super-fruit juices. The staff was particularly helpful my last visit because I left something valued at a couple hundred dollars in the dining area and was able to retrieve it a couple of days later.”

“This place is like a hidden treasure, seriously. Every time I go there, I cannot believe there isn't a line down the street. The food is incredible. The level of finesse in the presentation is something to be seen for some of the dishes. The cook on the vegetables and meats are perfect EVERY time. The portions are perfect size and the price is not bad either. The staff is always friendly and hard working. There is also a sushi chef making fresh sushi for your dish (right in the dining room area). They offer a selection of Japanese alcoholic drinks (including beers). In all honesty, if there is 1 place in this city I recommend you eat at... it's Chakara!”

“I go here pretty regularly and don't usually have issues. As far as the food quality goes, it's great. My favorite place for breakfast. It was a little weird that the girl at the counter insisted on customers having the cream cheese on the side in a small container, because the bagel was apparently too hot. Today, my bagel and cream cheese took almost ten minutes. One of the employees was really helpful and apologetic and got me on my way, which was nice.”
