“I’m so tired of going to this donut shop and being cold. I’ve made complaints to the home office and they don’t want do anything about this. The assistant manager Karen called me and actually told me it was recommended they keep the thermostat on 64 degrees. Yes 64. She also told me to call RG & E to verify. Of courses I did. I spoke with a Mr Watson. He said he never heard of such a thing. He told me he ideal setting is between 70 and 72 in the Rochester area. So that women lied to me. She also said that’s what she keeps her house at. The workers actually have to work with their jackets on. This is really in humane.”
