“I'm very happy with my experience here. You get to pick your own fresh ingredients starting with noodles and vegetables. You select the meats you want (if you're not vegan) and then you select seasoning and the sauce you would like. Once you are complete you hand your food over to the chef and he cooks it's up for you and you get the food weighed and it's only $6.99 per pound. I love it and I definitely will be back.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Public Provisions after seeing Michele Ashlee-Meade’s work at the The-Yard-Collective tonight. Caitlin took great care of me 💙 I tried the Mando salad, Crispy chicken circle. It was absolutely delicious !! I have come here before for breakfast (which is also wonderful) but this is my first time for dinner. The Food was fresh, tasty and good portions. Thank you Caitlin, I appreciate you taking the time to educate me on the menu and for making this a wonderful dining experience 🙏🏾💙🙏🏾 The Chicken Circle included greens, and butter potatoes. “Unbelievable” is the only word I can think of. I couldn’t eat all of it so I took some home for a snack tomorrow. Like I said, in the review, great portion size. “We had placed an online order Friday night for Saturday morning pick up. The food was great, I got a sausage egg and cheese with bacon. The order was vegan and delicious. Tough to find parking unless I didn't see a specific parking location. The person behind the counter was fantastic and we had a short but great conversation. Could gather a sense of moral consciousness from the atmosphere of the store. Definitely will go again and will recommend anyone who asks or reads this review.”

“We were seriously impressed by this place! We got crab cakes Benedict, cinnamon roll pancakes (pictured) and the table-side French press coffee. For starters, the place is clean and organized and the service was pleasant, our waitress was very personable. It was a little slow to get our food but that is reasonable given the size of the kitchen and how busy it was-it definitely didn't detract from our experience and I'm always glad to see local places so busy. The coffee was amazing, it was so fresh and vibrant and the perfect foil to a rich breakfast. I love the fact that you can order a full French press and take any leftovers to go, we thought it was very fairly priced for how much great coffee you get. My boyfriend was very impressed by his crab cake Benedict, he cleared his plate. He said the eggs were perfectly poached and the crab cakes done well. My cinnamon roll pancakes were delightful and the portion size very generous-I took more than half home. I also got a side of bacon and it was clear that they get high quality bacon (low fat, lots of meat), it's a small thing but it was a nice surprise and shows that they care about the quality of all their ingredients and don't cut corners. I don't think you can make a wrong choice ordering here. I have no negatives to say about our experience-we were impressed by all aspects of our brunch and plan to make it a regular stop in our weekend activities!”

“First of all, I’ve been buying this young man’s delectable treats for years; while he was just selling his treats at the Public Market. I’m so incredibly proud to see him move up and expand with the opening of his own bakery. All of his treat are amazing, delicious, decadent and healthy! Please, give this place a try. “Returned to this business after trying it during their soft opening. Good customer service and food. My husband and son enjoyed their generous serving of French toast sticks. My bagel toasted with cream cheese was tasty. It is a cute place to go to have a cold or hot beverage and a light meal. Made to order and bottled beverages are available in addition to a small selection of sweet treats from local bakeries. Live music on the weekends and a theater with full productions next door. “I have been a few times.. Breakfast is pretty good, but can only give 3 stars.. Its a little expensive for lazily made wraps and sandwiches.. They must get a good deal on lettuce because they add way more then needs to be include in everything.. I bought a Caesar Wrap today.. I got a wrap with chicken and lettuce today.. Overcooked, dry, unseasoned chicken with lettuce.. Tiniest bit of dressing.. If it wasn't cold and 4 blocks away I would have came for a refund.. ***Edit for response to owner*** I have been a few times.. I stated the breakfast was good; however the rest of my review is sadly accurate.. Its not a distaste for lettuce, it's just a poorly made wrap... I have adjusted my review to 3 stars as your breakfast is pretty good and your customer service is as well... I apologize for the initial one star.. My frustrations at the lack of options downtown boiled over to your place yesterday.. Thanks for the response..”
