Great Private Event Space Will Be Back In The Summer!!
I love their toilet art I really do.
Scenic of course it's on the Mile. Pleasant barman. Hostess not so much.
Good drinks but I didn't try any food as I wasn't in the mood for Nawlins Southern things.
They awrite. Try 'em.
The End.
We were here on a Sunday for lunch. The place was hopping with most there for Sunday brunch. Great location, reasonably priced drinks. Great choices on menu ... but the food overall felt a little bland. Almost like the star chef was out that day.
The oyster po’boy did taste authentic, like I’ve had in New Orleans.
The bus people and hostess were great, but the wait staff seemed like they were on the second shift of a double.
We would like to try it again. The big plus is atmosphere.
Came here to experience the food more than anything else. We ordered chicken and waffles and the French quarter chicken. The chicken and waffles really needs work. The waffles are far from soft. They were crunchy and fell apart the moment the knife and fork touched them. The chicken, although cooked well had too much of a thick breading on it. It was crazy the amount of coating taken off at the end of the meal. On the other hand the French quarter chicken was delicious. The sauce was flavorful and each component went well together. The only missing thing was a starch item (maybe mashed potatoes, rice etc). The meal was simply chicken and string beans. Our waitress was very nice and checked in on us at multiple intervals. Would like to say I would be back again soon, but its not likely.
