“Its your everyday clean McDonald's. When your orders require special requests and they're busy, it doesn't always come correct. They have been seen to take the last bit of a coffee pot and pour it into the fresh-brewed one. Good management would never let that happen. Old coffee is bitter and filled with tannic acid. “Average is a fair assessment. They are good and fast. There seems to a lack when it comes Sundae, either they are not sure how it's made or the ingredients are not there (usually for Reese's Sundae). The staff is nice if it's an order they know and you can feel resistance if it's something new or different to them. They do work with you to figure it out but in the mean time it's not the most comfortable scenario if you end up thinking of staff training.”

“Great coffee. Great homey feel. Was only in here for 20 minutes browzin' the books, etc. Lots of peeps at the tables studying or working. It was crowded in that respect, but not in an overwhelming fashion. What a great, chill place. Glad I discovered it.Great customer service, wonderful baristas, even the bathroom is groovy.”
