“Was excited that a Starbucks opened up in Bellmore. Nice large windows and decor, which gives it a bright welcoming feeling compared to other Starbucks. What I don’t understand is why the hand wash sink and air dryer is outside the bathroom. I guess to keep people from taking a bath in the sink? The slotted partition doesn’t do much to block it. Seems annoying and unappealing watching people washing their hands and hearing the air dryer in full view of the rest of the store. Plus there looked to be a homeless guy camping out in the outdoor seating area.”

“Our friends recommended us the Marie Blachere location in Manhattan and we visited the Great Neck location on our way to Garden City. The decor is wide-spaced and cozy with a lot of indoor & outdoor seating. The environment and ambiance is perfect as a place for breakfast or afternoon tea. Their pastry & bread options were various and we had 4 different pastries: Almond Croissant, Sugar Brioche, Blueberry Scone & Cinnamon roll. The pastries were overall not memorable and the price was kind of high with its portion in our opinions. Our favorite was the Sugar Brioche, which is soft & puffy but the delicacy of its texture wasn’t comparable with our other go-to bakeries.”

“The Best Bagels around. I stopped by there for breakfast and their bagels are truly the best. Not to mention I purchased Belly lox too as well as vegetable cream Cheese, their tuna fish and several other items. Their breakfast specials are also great. I ate there a total of five times in a 2 week period. They also have good coffee as well. Their Staff was Friendly, Helpful, Inviting, Polite and Courteous. “I’ve been three times, and since this is a new place by my home, hair salon and nail salon - I figured I would give it a try. The first time I was in love the aesthetic first, but of course being that they just opened the staff wasn’t sure about some things, but no judgement. There wasn’t much selection at all in the bakery fridge, and things I wanted the staff had to ask the chef in the back questions in them. I asked if one item had peanut butter and was told no. I said are you sure because that looks like dark chocolate and peanut butter? She said I don’t think - so I asked her to confirm Because I mean that’s something to know…the chef came out and said it did. I ended up just getting some croissants, and some ice cream. I came back a month or so later and it was pretty packed, I ordered a crepe….I do not want to bash this business but it was disgusting. The staff is clearly inexperienced in making crepes, the crepe looked NOTHING like these crepes online from these photos. It was flat and dry and just overly gross. I figured it was busy so I would try again. The last time I went, last week, I ordered a signature crepe because maybe that would be easier and guaranteed a hit! But that was definitely not the case. I’m going to wait a few more months to see if this was just a case of new business blues. Hopefully this is the case because this place is such a cute gem!”
