“I love this place. The interior is a flashback to a 1950s coffee shop. I had a cup of split pea soup which was nice and thick. Afterwards I had a chicken salad sandwich on toasted whole wheat was very good. The service was great and friendly. If you like going to an old fashioned coffee shop this is a great place to go.”

“I'm obsessed with how the food tastes. It's one of those places that makes you forget about picking up your phone to take pictures of every dish and instead pick up you chopsticks and diving in! The fish they serve is fresh; we decided to sit at the sushi bar, and you can see them prepping the fish they were about to serve. We've tried to order take out, but they don't pick up their phone an hour before closing. Overall I recommend to go here over many of the places near by.”

“Our favorite place for Chinese take out food. We tried other places in the area, but nothing comes close. Their Curry Mei Fun is so good that we order an extra one for my husband's coworker. He takes it to work for him the next day and it's still very good! BTW, this guy lives in Forest Hills, where he has access to so many good Chinese restaurants, but he says that no one makes Curry Mei Fun like Chen's!”

“So far the 2 things I got was the signature burger I forgot what it’s called and maple chicken crisps they are terrific! The chicken crisps have a maple flavor it’s a whole new taste that doesn’t exist in 5t or anywhere I could think of (and they pair it perfectly with some caramel popcorn sprinkled on top it blends so well with the chicken!) Really unique and very tasty. Sorry Streats, this is the better tasting new menu in town”

“I used to love eating at Applebee’s , now that their 2 for 20 menu has changed dramatically. Used to have more choices, now it’s all chicken! I know chicken is cheaper, but come on! Now probably have to order a full price meal on the menu. Atmosphere is rather too dim to eat, not much people go there nowadays. A lot of people just go to the bar for drinks. Times have changed!”
