“I consider this my regular Dunkin' Donuts. It is one of the closer ones to my home. There is one that is closer but I do not care for it as I have had some problems there with food and beverage quality. I have been getting iced coffee here lately, taking advantage of the current promotion which is available between 2 and 6 p.m. where you can get any size iced coffee for $2. I like the chocolate chip muffins, so I will usually pick one up then to go with my beverage. I have found the staff here to be quite polite and accurate in filling my order.”

“I liked the Dunkin donut experience but I miss the wider selection of donuts that they had in years past. I also have seen the donuts themselves shrink a bit over time. That said, they have a reasonable selection usually. The service can be slow sometimes. I also have the feeling that they watch the scoop sizes on the ice cream very carefully. They have a posted special of 2 for 1 sundaes on Tuesday, but if you don't bring it up, they won't offer it.”

Drew, my server was very pleasant! Unfortunately, they must have been low on supply. Since I asked for extra steak on my husband's breakfast sandwich, but was told they only had enough for one additional sandwich, so I couldn't purchase more as an add-on. About the sandwich prep, it was a little sloppy and fell apart while trying to eat it. All in all, nice experience!”

“The express order kiosk is a botch. Too extensive a menu to find things on the screen. I suggest you just wait in line for a kid at the cash register to take your order. I had the pick 2 combo with Thai chicken on a salad + turkey chili soup (+ potato chips and a cold drink). Many flavored teas on tap at the drink station and a reasonable range of sodas (Pepsi, not Coke). Lunch was tasty. I especially like how crunchy their kettle fried potato chips are. For dessert I had a chocolate croissant. The chocolate inside it was more like a gooey icing than the embedded piece of chocolate I'd have preferred. I probably should have opted for a cookie.”

“Not sure what was going on yesterday, as this location is usually on point. I'm closer to Freeport location, but go out of my way to go to Merrick location. I did a mobile order & chose to use drive through for pickup. I saw the customer ahead of me racing back in with a sandwich in his hand. So I parked in a space to check my order. Glad I did, as I was shorted a value meal! I was not happy, because now I had to get out of the car, which is exactly what I didn't want to do for the whole reason of mobile ordering & drive through pickup! Okay, so they give me thr missing meal. Just as a side note, when I arrived home, one sandwich was put together sort of sloppily. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident. As I said in the beginning, they're usually a very good location.”

“Most of the bad reviews are over a year old. Honestly, they might have been bad that long ago, but recently it’s much cleaner and the staff is always offering to help you save money or get the most out of your order. My only complaint is that iced coffees are rather watery, with more than half the drink being just ice cubes, and for drinks like the iced caramel latte, there’s very little caramel actually put in there. The rest is water with a small taste of coffee.”
