“I really really really want to love this place, because the service here is great. There's just one issue: they don't know how to make Ice Caps ?. I tried this location a couple of years ago, ended up with a really bland drink. I figured it must be something with the US locations of Tim Horton's.I tried other locations in NY and they were SPOT ON with their Ice Caps. I figured that the US locations are finally getting their act together. I decided to try this location again, since it's close to home and I don't have to pay tolls to get to. Drink was way off again, asked for a modification, which they greatly accommodated, but still not the same. PLEASE LEARN TO DO THIS INFAMOUS DRINK! I've resorted to paying tolls to get this drink from other locations, if you guys get it right, I would be a frequent visitor. ??”

“Tiny little gem in Rockville Centre that just opened. The place was clean and the server was very friendly on arrival. The food came out so quick and the yellow rice was moist and out of this world. My husband got the white rice, and he loves it. This place is Peruvian so the beans were white and very flavorful. The rotisserie chicken was awesome and juicy, everything was hot as well. This is an Express supper Pollo so the menu for a bit smaller than the one in far Rockaway but they still have tons of variety. Can't wait to try the other stuff! Will be back very soon.”

“I’m glad my friend recommended this place to me. Had the Italian steak sandwich it was delicious and high quality. Will pay the extra dollar for extra cheese next time. The friendly staff recommended the combo to save me some money that came with steak fries (normally I don’t like them but these were honestly excellent) and a free bottle of water. “Ordered Whiting Fish for mothers day. Carolyn went out of her way to make up big tray of fish last minute for me. My mom will be 102 in July and Carolyn's fish was all my mom and family kept talking about. How much she and they enjoyed it. It is wonderful to have found a new restaurant in the area that has great food and great customer service. If you want excellent food and awesome customer service Carolyn's is the place for you. Thank you for your help in making my moms mothers day great with your great cooking. Seeing her eat and enjoying her meal so much at that age was wonderful.
