“Delicious food, excellent service with prompt delivery! The owner delivered our DELICIOUS pizza to our hotel. They were out of the cheesecake that I had ordered, and he called right away to ask if we wanted something else and he threw in another dessert on the house. He also called to let us know that they had red instead of green peppers. Great communication, service, value... and yummy food!”

“While I think it's a cute idea, I didn't care for their ice cream as you can only make soft serve & it wasn't very good ice cream at that. It's also overpriced for the amount of ice cream you get. Our young kids had fun making their own ice cream although they didn't really get to do anything except toss the toppings in the ice cream maker. We didn't try their food but the menu seems a little overpriced as well for the type of food being served: sandwiches, burgers, salad... nothing special.”

“Moms night out and we choice ‘My Mother’s House’ beside the great company, atmosphere we perfect for an laid back comfortable dinner and drinks. The espresso martini was not what I thought it would be, I mentioned it to the waitress and she took it back without a question and brought me another drink. Food was great, mac & cheese dishes .....very good. A MUST order is the artichoke and cheese dip! A+++ for that. The entire team is great. I lost my wallet that night. Called the next day during there busy brunch hour, a sweet women told me she would take my name / number and call me back. I called back 2 hours later (not realizing they had messaged me they found my wallet) and they told me it was there. So very relieved! All around great place with honest employees! We will definitely be returning for our next moms night out!”

“On Hillside Avenue, got to stop by for the soft opening. It's a quaint, quiet place. Prices are comparable to Flushing, on the higher end. While somewhat okay, food presentation and cleanliness was a big plus. Soup dumplings were free with $20+ tab. More meat than soup. Skin is perfectly done. The buns were not too oily and they took notice of the little things. Big plus. This place just opened and it wouldn't be fair to critique it based on a brunch sitting.
